When Will first laid eyes on this property, he was captivated by its location and the expansive lot. The proximity to the canal and the breathtaking views of Camelback Mountain fueled his vision for its potential. Built in 1978, the house was in dire need of a transformation. Will promptly shared his discovery with Meg, who also recognized the untapped potential and agreed that acquiring the property was a must.

The design phase kicked off swiftly. The floor plan underwent a substantial expansion of 1,000 square feet, and the ceilings were raised from 7' to 10'. Their vision included enlarging the primary suite, primary bath, and primary closet. The cramped kitchen demanded a more open connection to the living space. A new wing was conceived to accommodate two bedrooms, a mudroom, laundry area, and an additional living space. However, the true pièce de résistance was the rooftop deck!
