Pre-Design Contract

Share all your inspiration images and complete our design survey. Your home will be measured and we'll give you a furniture calculator to assist with your budget.

Concept Meeting

Bring your dreams to life with our creation vision.

We’ll present ideas based on your Pinterest inspirations and our own research. We will review each room, showcasing our concepts and how they align with our vision.

Design Reveal

Visualize our design in your space.

We’ll introduce the design ideas implemented for your home, including material samples and renderings. This meeting allows you to see how the concept will look in your space and get an in person look at the materials.

Design Review

Review and adjust design concepts.

Any revisions you've requested will be incorporated.

Final Review

Finalize the design ad prepare for execution.

We’ll provide finalized renderings and layouts that contractors can use to prepare their bids and begin the project. All pricing will be presented. This is your final opportunity for design changes.

Procurement

Secure and manage all design elements.

Our team will handle the purchasing of items for your home. This includes tracking orders from multiple vendors, scheduling deliveries, and managing any shipping damage. We’ll keep you updated on the status of your items, ensuring a smooth process.

Install + Pre-Con

Execute the design and ensure a flawless finish.

Furniture: We handle the delivery and styling of your furniture, ensuring it’s is perfectly placed before you return to see your new space.

Construction: We conduct a pre-construction meeting with contractors to review layouts and design details, ensuring they fully understand the vision.
