The strategic placement of the kitchen was just the beginning. The creation of distinct wings within the home ensures privacy for the office, owner's suite, and the kid's domain. By merging the living and kitchen spaces, we fashioned a spacious great room destined to be the focal point of family life. Introducing expansive sliders and additional windows, we flooded the interiors with abundant natural light, transforming the ambiance of the entire residence.

With the floor plan solidified, the next exciting phase was infusing warmth into the home. This was achieved through meticulously selected bespoke tiles and custom cabinets crafted from natural wood. The laundry space became a canvas for creativity, featuring cabinets painted in a soothing blue reminiscent of the floor tile, injecting character into even the most utilitarian spaces.

For the finishing touch, we turned our attention to lighting. Charming beaded chandeliers and sleek, sophisticated sconces were carefully chosen to elevate the aesthetic. The result is a masterful blend of rich finishes and materials that exude a sense of balance and refinement throughout the home.
